Archer}) has been appointed Chief Superintendent of Repairs (this Dept. to be known as R.{Sir Henry Royce} Division) and Mr. E.{Mr Elliott - Chief Engineer} Crouch (Sft{Mr Swift}/EC) has been appointed Deputy Chief Superintendent.
