It was stated that the pattern for this induction pipe would be completed by the 25th. AG. was requested to see that no delay arose in obtaining castings completely machined. Bentley 60 Induction Pipes SCD.1223 Code BC.14. The pattern of this was also stated to be promised for 25th, the same remarks apply with regard to the machining of this induction pipe. Bentley 80 Induction Pipes ECD.1298 Code BE.3/2. Details were received from the D.O. 19.4.39 and instructed. These parts are to be treated as urgent and AG. was requested to look into the question of when he anticipates completing same. Will CP. please issue the necessary Work Cards. Wraith III Cylinder Blocks with short inserts. AG. promised to clear up these blocks. i.e. 3 sets to be completely machined ready for handing to fitters in one week. Ph.III.No.8. Unit. This Unit which has been sold to Mr.E.R.Hall was stated by FN that he would have same ready by Tuesday next, May 2nd. Will TT. please see that he has the Electrical equipment lined up, and have completed by the same time. Strengthened B.V.Exhaust Valves. Three sets of these valves are instructed under Code BA.27/4 on 24.4.39, they are to be treated as urgent and AG. to give promise of completion at the next meeting. B.V.Double Valve Springs PD.354. 3 sets of the above were instructed on 6.3.39 under code BA.27/3. AG was requested to look into the question of giving a completion promise at the next meeting.
