A great deal of trouble was experienced with these which broke across the sections between the lightening holes. 40/50 type solid brackets unwelded at the corner were afterwards fitted and even in this case the life was considerably shorter than during the 40/50 bump tests, times being approx. 24 hrs. against 73 hrs. previously. contd :- | ||
