(8) Probable dates for the next 2 Ph.III Chassis.

Working with the Trials cars as we are doing at present does not give us a chance.

(9) We cannot fit the new 20/25 head to anything except spread centres units. Will you please follow on C-16 unit - which we presume the unit you are at present building will be called - with at least one other unit complete to the same specification.

(10) 6-B-IV Car.

It is some time since we completed the centrally mounted wings on this chassis, and at present it has no petrol tank, petrol system, etc. fitted to it. We anticipate that B-19 unit for it will be ready next week, and shall therefore be glad if you would proceed as far as possible with the chassis, so that we can get this car away as soon as the engine is finished. It should be remembered that we shall be in production with the big bore Bentley unit almost immediately, and the last car to run 10,000 miles was only a mock-up.

(11) Chromium Plated Bentley Block.

They have made a mess of this and it has come out .006" undersize. We are getting some special pistons for this so that we can test it.

(12) Re-build of Buick.

We are anxious to strip the Packard. The Buick is really out of date. We should like to re-assemble it as soon as possible. We have told the Design people that they will not have any facilities for looking at the engine or chassis parts after the end of this week.
