Race Office, Grand Central Hotel, Belfast, Ireland. Dear Mr. Phillips, Mr. Ferguson will not be able to take us round in his car on the inside of the course on Saturday, and we are therefore having a hired car there so that we can visit the various points on the course. It is possible there may be some police regulations with regard to the movements of cars on the inside of the course. If this is so, would it be possible for you to give us some form of Pass for the car,to facilitate our movements ? Needless to say, we should ensure that any such privilege is not abused. If such a Pass is necessary and you are prepared to let us have one, would you leave it with the porter at the Grand Central Hotel, and I will call there first thing on Saturday morning on my way to the course. Yours sincerely, | ||
