We are pleased to hear that you consider that the automatic cleaning of our filter works very well. With regard to the spaces between the plates, we note that you find the spaces on the filter which was forwarded to you to be anything up to .017" and that these are too large and that if particles of that size were allowed to pass the filter, you would get choked jets. We agree with you that spaces of this size are far too large. We are therefore making up a filter of the type which you have outlined and which we hope will meet your requirements. This filter will be ready during the course of next week and we should be pleased to arrange for our Engineer, Mr T.
