PETROL TANK

BY DELIVERING A SMALL QUANTITY OF AIR WITH A GENTLE STROKE OF THE PUMP THE U TUBE IS MADE TO INDICATE THE DIFFERENCE IN PRESSURE DUE TO THE DEPTH OF THE PETROL & THE COLUMN OF COLOURED WATER THUS RECORDS THE QUANTITY OF PETROL IN THE TANK
