contd:- -3- not being able to test both ignitions, was a definite disadvantage. The suggestion is that we make another separate switch apart from the locked ignition switch which we could use to test [strikethrough]out[/strikethrough] [handwritten]each[/handwritten] ignition but would be dead when the ignition switch was locked. We think the risk is that if only one switch is used, one ignition might go out of action and the driver may not be aware of it until the other ignition failed and he finds himself stranded. We should like to know what your experience has been with regard to this. Yours sincerely, Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} | ||
