of the Sales Manager.

Dear Sirs,

We have your telegram saying that the material for the front side members is ready, and the man who will bring you copy of this note is authorised to collect it.

The attached sheet shows the quantities of the material you have available which we would like to obtain for our experimental body. Where your sheet is too narrow, you will observe that we would like you to supply two sheets which we can weld together. This only occurs on two of the items.

If you could let our lorry driver have these sheets at the same time as the strips which he is calling for, this would save a double journey, and road transport is exceedingly hard to come by these days.
