1282. D {John DeLooze - Company Secretary} /L. CC. Rm. {William Robotham - Chief Engineer} 8/ML.27.2.40. re Shardlow Garage. Referring to your Memo. D {John DeLooze - Company Secretary} /AWS.5/S.23.2.40. we have already answered your previous memo. but as you have sent a second one apparently ours must have gone astray. Mr. Williams has inspected the store and approved of the conditions of storeage. We find, however, that we now pay 15/- p.a. to store 1,000 galls. of petrol, and that if we increase this to £1. p.a. we can increase our storeage up to 5,000 galls. It is not our intention of storing anything like this amount but we should like to be covered up to 1,500 galls so that we are not restricted to a maximum of 1,000 galls.
