S. H.{Arthur M. Hanbury - Head Complaints} Grylls, Esq.,
Messrs. Rolls-Royce Ltd.,
DERBY.

Dear Mr. Grylls,

Your letter of the 10th inst., for which I now thank you, was acknowledged in my absence on the Continent.

If it will meet your convenience, I will come along on Thursday morning at about eleven o'clock to have a chat with you.

As a matter of fact, our commercial arrangements are not yet complete as we are making the necessary enquiries from the Manufacturers' standpoint, to enable an equitable scheme to be evolved.

Yours sincerely,
OVERDRIVE GEARS LIMITED.

Edgar de Normanville.

Managing Director.
