Messrs. Rolls Royce, Ltd.,
Experimental Department,
DERBY.

Dear Sirs,

For attention of Mr. Robotham.

We thank you for your favour of the 2nd. inst. and have pleasure to advise you that we have today despatched the special Dual Carburettor for test on your 40/50 hp. car.
Unfortunately, we had a mishap today with the choke tubes we had ready for this carburettor, and we shall be compelled to make up a new set.
These will be ready on Wednesday, and we will send same off by passenger train during the course of Wednesday next, which we trust will be satisfactory.
Our Mr. Mantell will be ready to visit you at any time you appoint, and meantime, we greatly appreciate your kindness in arranging matters so that a saving of time will be effected.

CUSTOMERS' CARS ARE ONLY DRIVEN BY OUR STAFF AT OWNERS' RISK.
