PHANTOM 111. OIL COOLERS.
Will you kindly note that I have decided that we will remove all oil coolers as cars become available, so that if and when you have trouble the right policy is to remove the oil cooler and not fit a replacement.
This whole matter is being finally discussed at a Conference on Monday next, following which complete instructions will be issued, in the meantime please act in accordance with this memo.
