x1756 Exptl. Dept. Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}17/KW. 25th February, 1936. C.T. Skinner, Esq., The S.U. Co.Ltd., East Works, Adderly Park, Birmingham 8. Dear Mr. Skinner, We are concerned because we do not seem to be making any progress on your steel skirted pistons. We have spent a considerable amount of time and money testing them, and have been waiting for the past three months for a visit from Mr. Flower so that we can discuss the results. We should be glad if you could get somebody to come and see us to discuss these pistons in the immediate future. Yours sincerely, FOR ROLLS-ROYCE LIMITED. | ||
