Gentlemen,

FOR THE ATTENTION OF H.E.WEST ESQ.

Replying to the concluding paragraph of your letter of the 30th December - Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/ Wst.6/JH - both types 935 and 943 are fitted with four platinum earth wires, .020" diameter and the two types vary in the design of the centre electrode.

The 935 has a V.14/1 type of centre whilst the 943 has the 868 type of centre.

You already know the characteristics of the 868 which is a stage "hotter" than the V.14/1.

We shall be very interested indeed to hear the results of your tests with platinum pointed plugs.

Yours faithfully,
p.p. K.L.G.SPARKING PLUGS LIMITED.

Leonard Morgan
Assistant Aviation Manager.
