Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} RE AMERICAN EPICYCLIC GEARS. -------------------------- Will you kindly note, that as a result of the test carried out by Mr Hives, it is agreed that you may use the following parts:- (1) Annulus. (2) Planet Wheel. (3) Deep groove ball bearing for Planet Wheel with spigotted cage. (4) Roller bearing for planet pinion. The above are in addition to my previous memo agreeing to use planet cages slightly modified. Will you kindly note, that we there is no possibility of delivering complete epicyclic gears, the above parts may be taken from complete gears to be used in service engines. BY.{R.W.
