Lee Evans - Chassis Test Manager} Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}15/KW.11.4.35. Noise Insulation. Attached is a copy of a report we have circulated indicating how by attention to floorboards, dashboards and scuttles on our cars we can reduce the mechanical noise audible in the body. At the present moment JLE.{J. Lee Evans - Chassis Test Manager} is dealing with this job in London, and several cars have been so fitted up. These demonstrate the effectiveness of the scheme. We should be glad if Br.{T. E. Bellringer - Repair Manager} and K.{Mr Kilner} would get into touch with JLE.{J. Lee Evans - Chassis Test Manager} so that they will be aware of results which can be achieved in case complaints arise, which could be cured in this manner. If any controversial points arise we shall be glad to deal with them. We shall be glad to demonstrate our Experimental Cars to Hd.{Mr Hayward/Mr Huddy} HS{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer} Att: Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}1/KW.16.3.35.
