Attention:- Mr. F.D. Smith.

Dear Sirs,

We are in receipt of a copy of a letter addressed to you by our principals, the Michigan Tool Company, dated February 16th, together with which they sent you a blue print No. P1-2511-B. We understand that this refers to a gear unit with a ratio of approximately 10 - 1 capable of transmitting from 60 - 100 H.P., and results from a discussion which took place recently when one of your engineers visited the factory.

Should you require any further information, we should be pleased to discuss the matter with you. We are at your entire disposal at all times, and we look forward to hearing from you with regard to this matter in the near future.

Yours faithfully,
MICHIGAN TOOL COMPANY.
