Bailey - Chief Engineer} c. to Roy.{Sir Henry Royce} Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}7/R.26.11.36. CORRUJOINT WASHERS. Attached is a report on these. On the whole we think they are a better job than the C. & A.{Mr Adams} Washer, but the latter do not give us any trouble. Will Roy.{Sir Henry Royce} say if they save cost ? If so, perhaps we will get some 3 ply ones .050 thick total for us to try so that we do not have to alter a lot of our standard dimensions to restore C/R etc. Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer} | ||
