Re Bosch Magnetos.

The enclosures from Mr. Manning & Mr. Gardner are self-explanatory.
Since I shall be unable to deal with this matter myself will you urge it as much as possible. Also the experiments on the Splitdorf & Berling magnetos which you should soon have.
The difficulties likely to be met with in the American Bosch machines are electrical, due to cheappening of condenser construction (Bakelized paper in place of mica in the condenser. &c.)
The mechanical features of the Z.R.6. will be similar to the German machine.
If the Z.R.6 or any other is obviously the best, perhaps you would cable us?

Yrs. very truly
Maurice Olley
