VAPOUR LOCKING.

There has been a considerable amount of discussion between the S.B.A.C. and the A.R.C. relating to locking in petrol systems, and it appears to be the opinion of the S.B.A.C. that this is an obscure subject.

Will you please say whether we experience trouble in this connection. If we do, I suggest it would be advisable for someone to attend a joint meeting which is being held between the S.B.A.C. and the A.R.C. on the 27th January. Do you consider that anyone from the Works should attend this meeting? If you think this is a waste of time, will you please inform me what is our attitude towards the problem so that I may be able to put forward our views.

F.{Mr Friese}
