Dear Sirs, We send you herewith a steam valve seating which you have made for us (Ex.25779) and which has run for a considerable time on a car. You will see that the rubber has deteriorated badly - we should like to know whether you can supply us with another valve with an improved seating moulded in Duprene or some similar composition.
