We should be glad, therefore, if you would have this done as soon as possible. SPARES An overhaul of the spares available for High Power Units shows that these are conspicuous by their absence. We should be glad, therefore, if you would urge the following parts, which we understand have been instructed. EB.2097 Inlet valve guide. 6 off. EB.2098 Washers. 3 " EB.2099 Washer. 3 " EB.2100 Washers. 3 " EB.2103 Washer. 3 " EB.2023 Wedge 6 " EB.2017 Wedge 6 " EB.2018 Washer. 3 " EB.2006 Exhaust valve guide. 2 " E.8436 Stud. 12 " E.35129 Stud. 24 " E.50570 Stud. 6 " EB.2026 1.750" dia. inlet valve. 3 " RS.{Sir Henry Royce's Secretary}340 1.500" dia. exhaust valve. 3 " These spares are regarded as being extremely urgent as running is being held up due to the necessity of interchanging valve parts from head to head.
