contd :- -2- a detachable front crossmember to the subframe, unless it is absolutely essential. We agree that the gearbox must be capable of being removed without removing the unit. This would appear possible if the front end of the body were raised an inch or two by slacking the supporting bolts and jacking up. The instrument board connectings need [strikethrough]and jacking up. The instrument board[/strikethrough] not be disturbed.
