Rolls Royce Ltd., DERBY. For the attention of Mr.West. Dear Sirs, CAR RADIO. We have been requested by Mr.L.W.Cox, your London Sales Manager, to get in touch with you with regard to radio equipment for your cars. Mr.Cox suggests that we send you one of our receivers complete with all the necessary suppression equipment in order that you may carry out tests to find what effect, if any, it may have on the running of your engines. He also mentions the question of the best type of aerial to be used with our receivers. We should welcome an opportunity to discuss the whole matter with you at some time convenient to yourself, and we should be pleased to let you have one of our receivers. We propose calling at your Works next Tuesday, the 24th inst., with some of our equipment and a fitted 20/25 h.p. model, if this is convenient to you. If this is inconvenient we shall be glad if you will suggest an alternative date when we may go into this more fully. May we assure you of our willingness to co-operate with you in all matters connected with car radio. Yours faithfully, For and on behalf of E.K.COLE Ltd., Rex Rowlue CAR RADIO ENGINEER.
