We are informed by a prospective customer of ours (incidentally, a man connected with the Lucas Rotax C.A.V. combine) that you are experimenting with a Lucas Magneto. He tells us that he will not place an order with us for one or more of our cars until he hears the result of your experiments. He has however stated that if you decide to use the Lucas Magneto on the Rolls-Royce cars as standard, he is prepared to give us an order for two 40/50 New PhantomCodename for PHANTOM Is and two 20 h.p. cars. We should be very pleased to know if there is the least prospect of the Lucas Magneto being standardised in order to arrange to press for these orders at a suitable moment. Cx.{Major Len W.
