Chassis Division
Six Cylinder Engine.

Will you please note, that a new pattern is now required to produce the rationalised six cylinder crank-case.

This should be constructed so that four different cylinder bore dimensions can be produced at will, from the one set of patterns and core boxes.

The latest drawings are as follows :-

RE.269 C'Case and cylinders (75 m/m).
RE.106 " " " (3.25").
RE.693 " " " (3.50").
RE.136 " " " (3.75").

The above were issued in our memo. Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/CTS.{C. Trot Salt - Carburation}6/JH.27.3.40.
