I have verbally instructed Mr. Clough re a breather hole for the rear Phantom shock dampers, and deletion of oil grooves (handwritten). Will you please instruct RHC.{R. H. Coverley - Production Engineer} to have this done on all Expl. cars so that we can observe the result. No action must be taken in regard to production until we have gained more information.
