1st January, 1937.

For Mr.Leslie's attention.

Dear Mr. Leslie,

I herewith enclose the two valves to change for the ones that squeak. These are made with the same taper as the bottom valve.

I have put these in separate envelopes as they do not appear to be interchangeable; due, no doubt, to the hardening.

I will be interested to hear whether these valves cure the squeak trouble.

Enclosed also is the drawing showing the assembly.

Yours sincerely,
p.p.THE GORDON ARMSTRONG
