To Order No. Customer's No. This will ensure the H.T. spark touching the surface, whilst the larger supply from the transformer will tend to carbonize quicker. Synthetic resin varnish will be tried and the ordinary shellac type of varnish. Mr Brock considers the varnishing of the internal surface of the distributor head a good proposition and we think that our electrical tests will probably confirm this.
