December 21st, 1927. Dear Sirs, We beg to acknowledge the receipt of your letter of the 19th inst., and would advise you that we cannot supply you with a magneto without distributor. The GF6 magneto which we should supply you with normally for your 20 h.p. car would be a six-cylinder magneto, the dimensions of which would be exactly the same as those of the GF 12 magneto, which we supplied you on the 8th November this year, excepting the dimensions across the distributor would be a little different. In this connection we should be glad if you would let us know what you would consider a particularly low speed, and the range of variation you would desire. We would then go into the matter, and write you further. Yours truly, J.{Mr Johnson W.M.} A.{Mr Adams} STEVENS, LIMITED, J.{Mr Johnson W.M.} E.{Mr Elliott - Chief Engineer} Houghton Technical Manager.
