We send herewith N.Sch.5079 showing the stay between the pedal shaft and the engine forged in one piece instead of being built up from two ends brazed to a tube. This modification has been suggested by Mr Clay to reduce cost. Whether the cost of the new die will be recovered before the Wraith supersedes the 25/30 we leave to be decided by the Production Dept.
