KESTREL ENGINE.

Arrangement of airscrew oil pipes - Hamilton V.P.airscrew. Completed 20.2.36.
Relief and supply valve for R.R. Heleshaw V.P.airscrew pump. Completed 17.2.36.
Oil supply to F/S clutch plates and white metalled annulus bearings, 2 speed supercharger. Completed 17.2.36.
Adaptation of oil seal rig for Gits seals - rear end of airscrew shaft. In hand.
Gits seal fitted to water pump drive. Completed.
Mod. to adaptation of Schwarz blades to R.R.Heleshaw hub. In hand.
Installation fouls - Yugo-Slav.Fury. Completed.

MERLIN "E" ENGINE.

Mod. to inlet and exhaust valve heads to overcome stretching. Completed 17.2.36.
Inlet sparking plug connection - K.L.G. type. Completed 17.2.36.
Mod. to valve wedges. Completed 17.2.36.
Mod. to petrol pump coupling shafts. Completed 14.2.36.
Modified supercharger joint face bolts. Completed 20.2.36.
Oil pipe connection for V.P.airscrew. Completed 20.2.36.
6.5 to 1 compression ratio piston. Completed.
Lower compressor drive. - mod to inverted gear. Completed 21.2.36.
