W/S C. from Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} X4240 Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}3/LG4.8.22. GOSHAWK 11. X4240 X4219 As you are no doubt aware, Goshawk cars will be fitted with shutters on the front of the radiator. On the first cars there will be additions fixed on the front of the radiators, but as soon as possible they will become part of the radiator itself. We were instructed by BJ. to prepare a set of temporary shutters so that Sales could judge the appearance of a car with shutters fitted. We have a set of temporary shutters prepared and could send a car to London any time you desire. These temporary ones, of course, are of a totally different design to those which will be used on the car, but they are sufficient for one to be able to judge what alteration will be made to the appearance by the addition of shutters. We should be pleased if you could get to know whether BJ. or CJ. wish to have the car fitted with shutters, sent to London. We should also like to remind you that it will be necessary to fit shutters if, when you take photographs of the car if any portion of the front of the radiator is shown.
