X.2512 To EY. from EFC. c. to Mr. Mills. c. to Mr. Brock. EFC1/T25.11.19. X. 2512 - RE G.E.C. CONDENSERS We attach copy of a report on No.6 sample condenser received from the G.E.C. yesterday. The noise which this condenser makes is not of the same character as the noise previously referred to as indicating a tendency of the condenser to break down, but seems to be merely the expansion and contraction of the condenser due to the electrostatic attraction of the plates. You will see that this condenser withstood our tests. We will, therefore, now arrange for this to be put on an experimental car and tried on the road. EFC. | ||
