EJJ. from Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer} Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}6/ML.23.8.40. CLAN FOUNDRY. 1. ELECTRICAL LABORATORY. We now have experience of trying to operate the Electrical Laboratory without a roof over the top. We find that without this roof dust enters the Laboratory and is rapidly causing deterioration of the apparatus. Furthermore, rain blows straight in through the big doors onto the instruments. We should be glad therefore if you would arrange to put a roof on this Lab. 2. BLACK-OUT. The existing black-out for the Offices is inadequate. Furthermore, there are some roof lights which require treatment. Will you please deal with this matter. 3. GLASS PROTECTION AGAINST AIR-ATTACK. There are still a number of internal glass partitions which have not had any treatment to prevent them from splintering. Will you please deal with this. 4. GROUND AT THE BACK OF THE BUILDING. We are still waiting for this to be dealt with as per our Memo. Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}2/ML.20.8.40. Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer} | ||
