In reply to your pencil note re thickness of rubber required for the various sizes of cables:- On the 23/36's, 40/36's and 70/36's we are sure it would be unwise to reduce the amount of rubber seriously. We therefore give as an absolute minimum, the total radial thickness of rubber (including pure rubber, white vulcanised rubber and black vulcanised rubber) .035", as against .041" at present. In the case of the 84/25's, we do not think any alteration should be entertained. C. EFC. | ||
