Instruction for production of new intermediate main bearings for the 25/30 HP chassis.

Chassis - Crankcase & Bearings - Sec;5000. With reference to the intermediate main bearings on above chassis, the Experimental Dept. request that we instruct for production, these bearings with oil grooves exactly similar to the Halls' metal bearings now standard in the large bore Bentley. Sft{Mr Swift}/CH. informs us that they can be brought on production in the first 25/30/HP. chassis, without either scrap or delay, and attach to his copy blue prints of same as follows;- E.60914 Bearing Bush (Inter)(Top Half) } replaces E.B.612 E.60915 " " ( " )(Btm; " ) } E.60916 Crankshaft Bearing Liner (Inter) " E.B.626. Corrected L.O.P. in accordance with above will follow as soon as possible. BY/CS. | ||
