The special Paint you speak of is also made in this country by Nobel's Explosives, with whom I am in communication and have asked them to submit sample so that Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} can test it out.

Should the Nobel people not have exactly what we want, I will then write Mr. Belnap as you suggest.
