Dear Sirs,

For the attention of Mr. Hives.

We are in receipt of your letter of the 14th inst., and regret to hear of the failure of the model Z.10 and Z.11 plugs. The writer will like to have the opportunity of examining these plugs on Thursday.

We beg to confirm our conversation over the telephone this morning, that the writer will be at your Works at 2-15 p.m. Thursday, the 19th inst.,
