With reference to your enquiry as to the possibility of the replacement of platinum iridium points E.327 by tungsten points, I am afraid we cannot agree to this. We should have to introduce considerable modification to the old type trembler, in addition to obtaining the scrubbing action, and then considerable test would have to be made before the change could be effected.
