PICKARD, DOBSON & CO LTD MANUFACTURING MOTOR ENGINEERS. 288, Deansgate, Manchester. 23 MAR 1922 Dear Sir(s), Impossible, incredible, too good to be true, etc., this is what our customers are saying every day. We have little doubt that you have heard of our "Platomac" Sparking Plug, the Plug which will continue to fire, even when submerged in Oil, and subjected to a pressure of 150 lbs. per square inch. Truly a rather tall order, but we guarantee our Plug to do all we claim. We do not anticipate that you will take our word for the deed, therefore, we beg to suggest, that you permit us to put a trial set on one of your cars, when we are confident that they will fully uphold our statements. We have taken this opportunity of enclosing literature appertaining to our speciality, and trust in the near future to receive the favour of your commands. Thanking you in anticipation. We are, Yours faithfully, WRBadger Sales Manager | ||
