Dear Sirs,
With reference to your visit here today during which your letter of the 4th inst., regarding the weights of the Radiator Matrix for your PHANTOM III Car was discussed. We attach a table showing the actual weights of Matrices when manufactured from various thicknesses of copper strip. We believe that the figure of 41.5 lbs given by the Harrison Radiator Corporation for a block of this size is achieved by using .005" and .003" copper strip and if similar material was used in the block manufactured by us we should approximate very closely to this weight.
As arranged we shall immediately proceed with the manufacture of Mark VI Matrix using materials of this thickness. We shall be glad of your covering order in due course.
The writer would like to take this opportunity of thanking you for the information relative to cooling which was discussed today and also for the introduction to the Harrison Radiator Corporation which you have arranged to forward.
Yours faithfully,
FOR JOHN MARSTON, LIMITED
A.W. Dunn.
MANAGER,
RADIATOR & SHEET METAL DEPT.
