MILLWRIGHTS' REQUISITIONS. -------------------------- In order to simplify clerical procedure, Millwrights Requisition Pads will in future be issued by the Powers Department, and a register of issues kept there. The Pads issued to a Department or person should always be used by that department or person. A new pad will be issued in return for the last re- quisition from the old pad. Overtime will not be worked on a requisition unless expressly requested. Care should be taken to see that the requisition is correctly filled in, particularly as to Department No., Order No. and Machine No. Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Ryc. | ||
