EXPERIMENTAL CHASSIS.

Regarding the units required for the various new chassis we give herewith our programme for this job.

8.B.V. (15,000 miles car)

B.III No.4 unit at present in this chassis will be removed and B.III No.5 unit fitted for 15,000 miles.

9.B.V.

As removed from 8.B.V. B.III No.4 unit will be fitted to the above car.

Silver Wraith.

It is intended that after running on the test bed, Wraith III No.10 unit will be allotted for this car.

This unit was instructed by us in our memo. Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/Swdl.{Len H. Swindell}14/JH.17.6.38 and as several experimental features are incorporated, we should like to get it on test as soon as possible.

2nd. & 3rd. B.50 chassis.

We propose to ask you to build 2 new B.III engines for the above chassis which will be B.III No.6 and B.III No.7 and will issue specifications accordingly.
