Re. STANDARDISATION SHEETS.

We are proposing to obtain a fresh supply of Standardisation sheets. The suggestion is that the Bentley will have a green standardisation sheet, the 25 HP. a yellow one, and the 40/50 a white one.

You agreed sometime ago that we could add Mx. {John H Maddocks - Chief Proving Officer} to the officials signing standardisation sheets. Since then you have suggested that Bn. {W.O. Bentley / Mr Barrington} should be on the Bentley standardisation sheet. We should also like to suggest that Sft. {Mr Swift} is included so that he will be aware as early as possible what parts are put up for standardisation. We propose that the same officials sign both R.R. and Bentley Standardisation sheets.

We attach herewith a copy of the proposed sheet. We should be glad if you will either approve or make any modifications you wish.

Hs. {Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}
