Re: Chassis 11-GY - Hague.

Please note, we have this morning issued revised erection details relative to this chassis which has now been allotted to the above customer.

We are supplying Mr.Hague with this new chassis in consequence of a serious complaint he made concerning his present car No.99-WR.

Sg.{Arthur F. Sidgreaves - MD}who is personally handling this complaint has given instructions that we should pay special attention to the following details in connection with the springing of the new chassis :-

1/- The car is used generally speaking for Town work, though four or five times during the year it will be taken to the North of England.

2/- In a general way no more than five people, including the chauffeur, would be seated in the car. Mostly three only will be accommodated. Very rarely will the car be called upon to excercise its full limit of seating 7 people.

3/- The car will never be called upon to exceed a speed of more than 60 miles per hour and even that would be under exceptional circumstances. In a general way the speed at which the car will travel on a country road would be between 45 and 55 miles per hour.

Because of the trouble we have so far had with Mr.Hague we recommend that the chassis generally receives special attention as we are anxious that when the new car is delivered it shall be entirely satisfactory.
