To HPS.{Horace Percy Smith - Experimental Factory Mgr} from Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/Gry.{Shadwell Grylls} 828. Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/Gry.{Shadwell Grylls}4/MH.{M. Huckerby}30.5.38. BENTLEY 50 GEARBOX. We understand from Steele that the B.50 gearbox can be fitted to 5.B.IV. Will you, therefore, please fit the second gearbox in this chassis for a dynamometer run. At the same time we should like to incorporate the latest 3 row pinion bearing. If necessary, the oil centre case designated for 8.B.V can be used for this test. Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/Gry.{Shadwell Grylls} | ||
