Dear Mr. Armstrong,

Thank you for your letter, the dampers for 33-EX and the drawings. I feel quite certain that we shall need the large diameter shaft, particularly for auto-locking on the Phantom III. Auto-lock dampers do not need to be very severe in action for the rear, but it is difficult to get too much load on the front of a car.

It will be very interesting to get some of these auto-locks on a car.
