re INTERIOR CAR HEATERS.

We attach hereto a pamphlet describing the "South Wind" Heater made by Stewart-Warner.

This has been forwarded to us by Rob., asking whether there is any reason why such a heater should not be installed on a Phantom III operating in Belgium (3.DL-92).

Perhaps you would care to look into this and let us have your comments in due course.
